Today on the website, an in-depth rundown of every single dish we ate during our marathon session at @levirtuphila’s #lapanarda. Here’s a quick peek at my top five: pork ribs agrodolce, juniper-smoked ricotta ravioli, octopus with fennel and red chili pesto, fazzoletti with swordfish and lemon, and duck timballo. Honorable mention goes to the arugula salad with pistachio and pecorino.

Happy birthday to me! A cold and rainy day calls for some delicious ramen from @terakawaphilly. This is their house specialty ramen with charshu, bamboo shoots, kikurage mushrooms, red ginger, scallions, and boiled egg. Also got some of their takoyaki, which is octopus fried in potato and topped with Japanese barbecue sauce, mayo, and shaved fish.
Today on the website, a recap of all the fun we had at @la_tortilla_cooking_school making some great local Guatemalan food (and drinking a ton of wine). Check it out!
Had some late night Chinese food at David’s Mai Lai Wah after the @drinkphilly holiday cocktail party last night. The food was standard, but these dumplings with ginger scallion oil are worth going back for.
Now on the website, the best food we ate in Antigua, Guatemala - including some we made ourselves at La Tortilla Cooking School.
